Sara will tell you what's worth doing, and what's not.
All centered on bringing AI into your daily work. Pricing is conversation-based so the engagement matches what you actually need.
This is Sara's specialty. The same email you send forty times a week. The form that should fill in automatically. The follow-up that gets forgotten. She sets up AI to handle the parts that should run themselves, built around how you actually work.
One screen that shows what's actually happening in your business: revenue, who's coming back, what's working, what's not. AI-powered insights so you don't have to dig. Works on your phone. No spreadsheets to wrestle with.
After Sara installs your automation, you have two clean options. She can train your team to maintain it (a few focused handoff sessions plus documentation), or you can buy full ownership of the system with all the code, credentials, and a one-time transfer fee. Either way, you're not locked in.
Stuff breaks. Stuff needs to change. Something new comes up. A few hours a month of "can you look at this?" calls. Cancel anytime, no contracts longer than a month. This is the path most clients pick.
Every project runs the same way. You always know what's coming next.
Quickest start is a 30-minute call. If you'd rather, Sara can shadow you at your business for a half day to find the pain points herself. Either way, free, no commitment.
Fixed price. Fixed timeline. Specific scope. No "we'll see how it goes."
Five days to two weeks depending on what you picked. You see progress along the way, not just at the end.
Documentation, a training call, and you can keep her on retainer for the small stuff if you want. Or wave goodbye. Your call.
CapitalCityAI is run by Sara Khan, a Tallahassee-based data and operations specialist with nine years of experience at the intersection of technology and the messy parts of running a small organization.
Most recently, Sara spent five years as the operations and systems lead at a Tallahassee nonprofit serving over a thousand members. She built and ran five websites, set up payment and donor flows, configured the AI tools that handle their day-to-day workflow, designed intake forms, scheduled retreats, supervised staff, and reported to the board.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Florida A&M University on institutional data infrastructure, Dragonfly Yoga on rebuilding their operational setup, and a handful of small organizations along the way. Before Tallahassee, she spent years at the CDC on the Polio Eradication Branch and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on immunization modeling across fifty countries. She taught data analytics to 650 graduate students per year as adjunct faculty at Emory's Rollins School of Public Health.
What she's good at: looking at a tangled situation and figuring out the cleanest way through it. What she loves: making something quietly run in the background and save you ten hours a week. Practical AI, not the hype.
CapitalCityAI is how Sara does this work for more local businesses, with a small number of clients each month so every engagement gets real attention.

A thirty-minute conversation is free, or have her shadow you for half a day. You leave with a clear answer about whether your problem is a tech problem, a process problem, or a hire-someone problem. If it's the third one, she'll say so.
Sara responds within one business day, usually faster. New businesses welcome. Established ones welcome. She'll tell you honestly if it's the right fit.
